I called SQC about a roof leak and they came out quickly. Christina, their rep who was very knowledgeable, walked the roof, found soft spots, noted that shingles were brittle, asked the age of roof (20 years) and recommended a new roof and brought down photos of areas of the roof that were weak or failing.
