Most of the staff I was in contact with were wonderful. I wish I could give them 5 stars but there were some unpleasant surprises. First, the start date was delayed just the night before. The reason didn't really make sense and was later confirmed to be false. An excuse. Then, when the day arrived to have my roofs replaced, they showed up at 6 am. I had no warning that they would come that early. All the workers only spoke Spanish so I was unable to communicate effectively with them. The project... Read more
