Update based on response: While at our house, the Salesman, Eric, did indeed say that your company would do whatever was needed "make it right" by replacing the roof with the correct color when he realized his mistake. It seems that he may not be being honest with you about our communications. Also, there were 6 incorrectly labeled photos of the color that we chose, not one, and that e-mail was the e-mail with which we made our decision on the color since he could not bring live samples.
