I was scheduled to receive a full roof replace estimate at 10 am on the 19th of October.
He called around 9 am and asked to change the appointment time between 10:45 to 11:30, and I told him to do so. Time passed, but he didn't show up or contact me. The company lost my trust by not keeping the appointment time without contact.
I had previously posted a negative review of South Shore based on a mix up about an appointment. However, I am re-writing that review because the true nature of a company is not that they are error free, but how they respond to it. South Shore not only owned the missed appointment, but when we rescheduled, found the problem with the roof and went above and beyond to fix it.
