Corey , the owner, presented his proposal in a Zoom call which lasted almost an hour, and after years of dealing with various contractors, it was the most detailed and professional presentation I ever experienced. He went over every facet of what they would do. Although his was not the least expensive proposal, the presentation was the deciding point for me. I'm so impressed with this company. They are very honest people, so detailed and thorough. Cory Schools was awesome! He took his time talking all the ins and outs with us and was very upfront. No hidden fees. We loved that we got photos from all the work from start to finish. The crew worked quickly despite the extreme heat and rain. They made sure to clean up all the debris in between and after. Overall we are very happy with Southshore Roofing & Exteriors.
