Submitted a online request for a quote. Next day I got a generic response via e-mail from Brooke Spicer indicating that "Our office will be in touch with you soon to learn more about your project and answer any questions you might have". 3 days later I followed up with another e-mail asking how long it normally takes to get back with me.
