We had a new roof installed 5 years ago using the GAF lifetime warranty system. This afternoon we lost a few shingles from our ridge vent from high sustained winds, we could see the sky from the attic! We called Spicer Brothers and they sent a crew out straight away - Yes, like within 2 hours we had the shingles replaced and all is good!
