Our repair was relatively minor. Originally team came out to repair our gutter/downspouts; however, upon checking closer discovered we had some rotted wood underneath due to the length of time the gutter had been in disrepair. They took pictures of every area involved, talked with Bill, etc., and advised we would get a detailed estimate as what it would take to complete the repairs/replacement.
