We have a beautiful new roof. It was a long wait to get on the schedule, but well worth it. Everything was installed quickly and without problems. They allowed 3 days in case of problems, but finished in 2 . Not sure how they stood the heat! No trash was left behind and they even cleaned the skylights before leaving!
The crew from Spicer Bros. did an excellent job taking off my old roof and installing the new roof. They had to work under extremely difficult conditions. We had very high temperatures and humidity including some light rain and rumbling distant thunder as they were finishing part of the roof. Returned early the next day to complete the back section of the roof.
The one thing that needed further attention was taken care of the very next day after I called to bring it to their attention!!!
While this was the highest quote I got by several thousand dollars, I think the crew, installation and cleanup will be worth it over the lifetime of the roof. I have a huge ranch style roof with a very steep pitch. These guys spent three days out there in the 100 degree + heat wave to get this job done! I'm very happy with the final product I think it looks very nice and I didn't have to worry about cleanup or nails getting in my dogs paws!
