From the estimator to Sharon in the office, to Eric, and Patrick, this was a very nice experience. Everyone was so kind and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I haven't even gotten my roof completed yet, but they were aware I had a LEAKY roof, and that I was already committed to purchasing from them, so they offered to come out and tarp my current roof at no extra charge while the materials were ordered! THANK GOD after the storm we had last night ... not a drop in the house or on the porch!! Great service is step one - can't wait to see the final product.
