Unfortunately I have a Spicer brothers lifetime roof installed by the previous owner in 2015. A leak a few years ago was “repaired “under warranty (but not the $1k in damage). However while doing work today I found a ton of rot near that same area. More investigation revealed a severe lack of roof to wall flashing and/or what was there was poorly done. My mother recently had a roof installed by Spicer Bros. Their home is over 100 years old, and had very unique roof lines. I was impressed with their vast knowledge and expertise on this project. Their customer service from first contact to completion was fantastic. My family would recommend Spicer Bros for any home improvement needs you have, roofing, windows, doors etc!
