Unfortunately I have a Spicer brothers lifetime roof installed by the previous owner in 2015. A leak a few years ago was “repaired “under warranty (but not the $1k in damage). However while doing work today I found a ton of rot near that same area. More investigation revealed a severe lack of roof to wall flashing and/or what was there was poorly done.
