The experience we received from Spicer Bros was amazing from start to finish! From the prompt estimate and scope of work to the job done perfectly. The crew was on time and finished my mother's new roof in one day! Crew leader was friendly and professional. We had such a pleasant experience for our new roof, that we are having Spicer Bros come back and replace my mother's siding and windows. Would recommend them to anyone!

They sub contract the jobs. The employees of spicer bros aren’t the ones doing the work. And they told me it’s hard to find workers, so they have to sub out. During the tear off they created so much siding and window damage. Flashing they put on will come off in a wind. Call them about it and it’s crickets. Don’t waste your money.

Called because we have a leak. Spoke with a rude woman (Crystal?) who was snide and impatient. Told me that, just to have someone come out and give me an estimate would be $250 for 1st hour + $200 each hour after that. Got the distinct impression that they did not want my business. I was shocked by the rudeness.

I called at 9:10am Saturday, August 8, left message and no return call. Called again Monday, August 10, 2020 approximately 9:30 and girl who answered said Leslie would call back and set up an appointment for siding. A week later still waiting for Leslie to call. If they can’t even call and let me know the appointment can’t be set up due to busy I can accept, but no call back I can not! Not a good way to do business.
