By first appearances the Spicer Brothers seemed like a top organization, but I must say after paying my $9,300 for my new roof they have terrible customer service. I called them over three weeks ago to have some repair work corrected. Several things need repaired including the drip line (terrible work) and several shingles that are not secured properly. Spicer Bros. did a great job on our roof. We got 4 quotes and theirs was the best for what we got. Did a great job on the 3 skylights and the roof looks beautiful. They cleaned up everything when they were done. The workers were very courteous and even put a shingle on my bird house that hardly had a roof left. Thought that was very sweet. I highly recommend Spicer Bros. You can't go wrong with them!

Excellent, Courteous and Prompt We were very happy with their performance. They arrived on time, did an excellent job and finished promptly. We had very good experience with the office staff as well.
