Hired them out for about 500 sq ft of patio/walkway. Based on other reviews here, your results are entirely crew dependent. If you are not a priority job, or you get unlucky.. yeah, you'll be writing a 2 star review like me. Overall - very amateur job. Rescheduled multiple times. Changed design of step and installed without discussion with home owner/individual payer. Step installed off center. Door catches on step. Declined to rebuild step wanted to just cut it which would give an even more lopsided appearance. Dropped supplies off blocking driveway over a week before project start. We recently had Sta-Built help us with our backyard transformation. Our project turned out beautifully and we couldn’t be more happy with the results. They designed and installed a new walkway in our side yard and replaced our stubborn grass area with artificial turf, which is so life-like, you’d swear it’s real.
