Peter (owner) drove to my place and explained to me what transpired between us. He talked about the promotion and the drainage issue that I have stated in my earlier comment. The issue I have with the promotion was a miscommunication between parties on what was offer. Bringing up the email resolve that miscommunication. From salesperson Ryan to everyone else that we dealt with, the experience was great. Ryan was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. We explained what we envisioned and he took it from there. They had their engineer come out and look to make sure everything would work as planned. They took care of permits and everything that was required of the project. Sta-Built’s team did an amazing job completing our hardscape and installed a water feature in our backyard.
I contacted Sta-Built for a paver project. An appointment was made; approximately 1/2 hour before that appointment, I received a call from Ryan Sweeney advising that he was stuck in traffic and needed to reschedule. I appreciated the heads up and rescheduled for the following day. After waiting 30 minutes beyond the appointed time, I called Ryan and left a message. I never heard back from Ryan or the company.
