Hired them out for about 500 sq ft of patio/walkway. Based on other reviews here, your results are entirely crew dependent. If you are not a priority job, or you get unlucky.. yeah, you'll be writing a 2 star review like me.
Overall - very amateur job. Which makes sense because this seemed to be staffed by amateurs without specific experience building patios - just Crews With Tools that you would find at local big box stores hoping for work.

Rescheduled multiple times. Changed design of step and installed without discussion with home owner/individual payer. Step installed off center. Door catches on step. Declined to rebuild step wanted to just cut it which would give an even more lopsided appearance. Dropped supplies off blocking driveway over a week before project start.
