Peter (owner) drove to my place and explained to me what transpired between us. He talked about the promotion and the drainage issue that I have stated in my earlier comment. The issue I have with the promotion was a miscommunication between parties on what was offer. Bringing up the email resolve that miscommunication. He also pointed out a possible solution on the drainage issue I have near the street and that work can be done to prevent such issue.

We had our deck replaced, including removal of 10 x 48 upper and 16 x 16 lower wood decks. The workers on the remove of old decks plus vegetation did a remarkable job. Unfortunately we scheduled the job smack in the middle of pandemic lock downs so it took longer to finish than planned but not their fault.
Bottom line is a remarkable deck plus lower pavers done professionally and always had contact with someone in the company.
