I contacted Sta-Built for a paver project. An appointment was made; approximately 1/2 hour before that appointment, I received a call from Ryan Sweeney advising that he was stuck in traffic and needed to reschedule. I appreciated the heads up and rescheduled for the following day. After waiting 30 minutes beyond the appointed time, I called Ryan and left a message. I never heard back from Ryan or the company.
