Incompetent, rude, and bullish contractors. They regularly take advantage of senior citizens. One worker seemed to be on drugs with highly dilated eyes, and tried to incite a physical altercation. Unprofessional. You are better off using another contractor who doesn't make their living by taking seniors to the cleaners.-
