Deposit funded early October for a roof repair. Multiple delays according to Don related to weather, staffing and priority of larger jobs. By late December, no work had been completed. This period left my structure exposed, resulting in who knows what damage. Reading other reviews, it appears my experience is an outlier. With so many reputable roofing companies in the Capital Region however, why risk hiring one that may leave you stranded.

They were a pleasure to work with from estimate to completion. The office staff are professional and courteous as is the sales staff. The installers were excellent showing us issues they found and discussing options then fixing the issue. I’d highly recommend them!!!!
