Deposit funded early October for a roof repair. Multiple delays according to Don related to weather, staffing and priority of larger jobs. By late December, no work had been completed. This period left my structure exposed, resulting in who knows what damage. Reading other reviews, it appears my experience is an outlier. With so many reputable roofing companies in the Capital Region however, why risk hiring one that may leave you stranded.
This company was extremely easy to work with. They were responsive, friendly, did great work, and the price was very reasonable. The crew also took great care to clean up after the job was finished.
They were hard working and very professional. Very positive experience . Would highly recommend !
