We received a quote with details of the work to be performed. The work was done complete in one day! Everyone with the company, from inspection, estimate, reinstallation communications to the day of work and the work crew were timely and helpful. I would use them again.
I did quite a bit of research and had several contractor bids. Star's pricing is competitive. Office staff are knowledgeable, responsive, friendly and professional. Workers showed up on time, prepped the area prior to demolition. Entire job was done within a few hours and ahead of the projected scheduled time for the job. Cleanup was very thorough. Another employee came back the following day to walk the property for any debris (which was minimal). Ran large magnets for nail cleanup.

I have nothing but praise for Star. This was a good size job that was done in 2 days. I still haven’t found any nails after there clean up. There crew is quick and professional. The job was done right and they even stop by after the job to double check with me to see if we are satisfied. That’s customer service.
