State roofing customer service is very slow Because of a condensation problem within our cathedral ceiling that caused damage to plywood, sheetrock & insulation We contacted State roofing regarding the damage. It took them a week to respond to us and inspect our roof. Our roof was still under warranty as it was only six years old. Roof inspectors we hired found many defects in the roof’s install.
