Don't answer the phone and when you fill in their online form to request a quote for a roof replacement they send a form letter out saying they'll get back to you. But they don't!! Either they are too busy or they don't want the work.
I am a contractors daughter and looked at several bids before I picked State Roofing. I picked the 50year product in part for the warrantee. State Roofing will come out and repair or replace for the next 50 years. In theory I will not have to worry about a new roof again. They did a great job at installing no overruns or surprises.
