We recently completed a roof replacement in Federal Way, WA, where Jeffrey Lueck helped a homeowner upgrade their aging roof for long-term durability and peace of mind. The home, built in the late 1970s, had two layers of standard shingles showing visible wear and tear—especially around the eaves. At the homeowner’s request, we removed and replaced CDX sheathing along the back eaves and installed GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in Pewter Gray, along with sleek black K5 gutters and downspouts to improve both function and curb appeal. There was no attic access during the initial appointment, so Jeffrey and his team worked with the homeowner to ensure everything was handled with care. While siding upgrades were discussed, the homeowner made it clear that the roof was the priority—and we delivered a long-lasting solution built to withstand the elements.
