We recently wrapped up a roof and gutter project in Sammamish, WA, for one of our returning customers. Jason Owens helped guide them through the process and made sure all their needs were covered. The roof had some damage near the edges, so we replaced a few roof supports and added extra reinforcement to make sure everything is solid for years to come. The customer also chose to upgrade their underlayment for extra protection and better long-term performance.

We installed beautiful Beaver Brown K5 gutters with built-in gutter protection to help keep debris out. It’s always a pleasure to work with homeowners we’ve helped before—this family trusted us with their siding back in 2013, and we’re proud to be their go-to team once again.

We recently completed a roof replacement on Camano Island, WA, where Will Engen partnered with a homeowner committed to diligent home maintenance and long-term solutions. The project involved removing two layers of the existing roof on this cherished family vacation home, which has been in the family since 1989 and is planned to be passed down to the next generation. The homeowner selected GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in Weathered Wood for their durability and lasting protection.

The scope included updated ventilation, new plumbing pipe boots, a bathroom vent, and a safety anchor for future access. The gutters were in good shape and did not need replacement. With narrow road access and a manual load required, the team carefully coordinated all logistics to ensure a smooth process. It was a pleasure helping this homeowner protect a meaningful family property with a roof built to last.
