We recently completed a full roof replacement in Bothell, WA, where Greg LeBlanc worked with the homeowner to address serious issues with moldy roof sheathing. The project involved removing all of the existing OSB and replacing it with new 1/2” CDX plywood to ensure a solid, long-lasting base. The homeowner selected GAF Timberline UHDZ shingles in Weathered Wood, along with two new Velux fixed skylights for added natural light.

Greg’s team also updated the home’s ventilation system, installed new plumbing pipe boots, a kitchen hood vent, a bathroom flapper vent, and fresh white gable metal accents. Special care was taken to follow homeowner instructions, including avoiding the new deck outlets during the work. We’re proud to have delivered a roofing solution that’s both durable and customized to their needs.
