The existing roofs were over 20 years old, showing black staining and leaking along the overhang.

The homeowner, who has roofing experience themselves, wanted a high-quality replacement using GAF Timberline UHDZ shingles in Weathered Wood for a durable, reliable finish. The project included a full tear-off, ice and water shielding around all critical areas, and the installation of two stainless steel safety anchors. All new flashing was color-matched in brown for a clean, cohesive look. With easy driveway access and no HOA restrictions, Greg and his team made sure the process was smooth from start to finish.
