We recently completed a roof and gutter project in Puyallup, WA, where Jason Owens worked with the homeowner to upgrade their aging roof and protect their home for the long term. The house, built in 1935, had three-tab shingles with noticeable granular loss, even though the homeowner was told it had five years of life left when they purchased it.
Jason and his team installed GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in Charcoal, along with fresh white K5 aluminum gutters on the house and one downspout on the detached garage. The project included a full tear-off, new CDX sheeting, updated plumbing pipe boots, and replacement of the ridge vents on the house and the RVO vents on the garage. With no inside access required and the garage fully open, the project moved efficiently.
We recently completed a roof replacement in Monroe, WA, where Greg LeBlanc helped the homeowners address a failing 3-tab shake composition roof that had only been installed about 10 years ago. The previous contractor had since gone out of business, and the roof was already lifting and showing signs of major failure—including a fresh leak on the right-hand side near the eaves. The homeowners wanted a similar look but with a much better installation and long-term reliability. Greg guided them through their options and ultimately installed GAF Timberline UHDZ shingles in Charcoal Black, along with new K5 gutters in White and Black downspouts to complement the home’s exterior. The project covered both the main house and the back patio roof, staying fully HOA-compliant and focused on quality, warranty, and peace of mind. We recently completed a roof replacement in Spanaway, WA, where Jason Owens helped a homeowner replace their aging 3-tab asphalt roof. The roof was 24 years old and had a small leak at the front of the home that the homeowner had temporarily taped over. With a split-level layout and attic access in the primary room, the project was fairly straightforward.
