We recently completed a roofing project in Orting, WA, where Jason Owens worked closely with the homeowner to deliver the right solution. The homeowner was dealing with a 20-year-old roof that had some mold concerns on the back side and wanted a reliable, long-lasting asphalt shingle within a $25,000 budget. Jason helped them choose GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in Barkwood to match existing roof.
