We recently completed a roof replacement in Bonney Lake, WA, where Jeffrey Lueck worked with the homeowner to address significant granular loss on their original roof. The home, built in 2004, had asphalt composite shingles that were nearing the end of their life despite being regularly cleaned. The homeowner chose GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in Charcoal, paired with black K5 gutters and downspouts to give the home a refreshed, modern look. The gutters were still in good shape and didn’t need replacement. With attic access and HOA involvement, Jeffrey carefully guided the homeowner through the process, ensuring everything met local requirements. It was a pleasure helping this family protect their home with a durable, long-lasting roofing system.
We recently completed a roof and gutter project in Puyallup, WA, where Jason Owens worked with the homeowner to upgrade their aging roof and protect their home for the long term. The house, built in 1935, had three-tab shingles with noticeable granular loss, even though the homeowner was told it had five years of life left when they purchased it.
Jason and his team installed GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in Charcoal, along with fresh white K5 aluminum gutters on the house and one downspout on the detached garage. The project included a full tear-off, new CDX sheeting, updated plumbing pipe boots, and replacement of the ridge vents on the house and the RVO vents on the garage. With no inside access required and the garage fully open, the project moved efficiently.
