We recently completed a roof replacement in Monroe, WA, where Greg LeBlanc helped the homeowners address a failing 3-tab shake composition roof that had only been installed about 10 years ago. The previous contractor had since gone out of business, and the roof was already lifting and showing signs of major failure—including a fresh leak on the right-hand side near the eaves. The homeowners wanted a similar look but with a much better installation and long-term reliability. Greg guided them through their options and ultimately installed GAF Timberline UHDZ shingles in Charcoal Black, along with new K5 gutters in White and Black downspouts to complement the home’s exterior. The project covered both the main house and the back patio roof, staying fully HOA-compliant and focused on quality, warranty, and peace of mind. We recently completed a roof replacement in Spanaway, WA, where Jason Owens helped a homeowner replace their aging 3-tab asphalt roof.
