We had some roof issues this past winter and called Stellar to look at it. TJ showed up took his time and sat with us to discuss our options. Crew was hardworking and professional. Anders and Mason were very helpful. Price came in pretty close to estimate. Only minor hiccup was crew was delayed getting to work site due to finish up at previous job. That was fine but it wasn’t passed on to us until we inquired making us wonder if something had gone wrong. Overall the entire process was fairly seamless 👍
Stellar completed a full tear-off roofing job, along with repairs to areas above a window (casing) and portions of gables that were damaged by woodpeckers.
The initial inspection and consultation with the sales representative took about 3.5 hours. I appreciated the thorough assessment and the use of photos for illustration. However, I would have preferred more transparency regarding cost upfront, rather than an emphasis on the sales pitch. There was some pressure to close the deal on the spot.
