I did 6 roof replacement estimates and settled on Stellar Roofing for a tear off and replacement. I have to say I was very impressed with how hard the roofing crew worked. They worked on my roof for two full days and finished on the morning of the third day. There was only an additional cost of $300 + for materials to replace rotted wood above the agreed upon price.
