From start to finish the project went well. Zach,the salesman, came with samples of all the product they would be using which was helpful to see. Nick the job manager was available to answer questions throughout the process. Our roof took a day and a half to replace and clean up was perfect. There were a couple of miscommunications but nothing dramatic. Important to know that you need to take your gutters off before installation and that will add an extra cost to your roofing project.
My huge old Victorian home was done in one day. I was pleased with the results. I did have an issue with a broken table but Stellar quickly replaced it without issue.
I contacted 5 different roofing companies. 4 of them just came by, look around my roof, take pictures and told me they are going to send me estimates.
