I should have read these reviews saying how disreputable this company is. They took my $9k deposit, then said they could not build my sunroom the way they promised and now are holding my deposit hostage and refusing to send details on the design and material specifications! They just keep demanding I sign the change order for design and materials they won’t give me details on and a scope I don’t want when they assured me they could accommodate what I wanted (which is in the paperwork we signed).... So get this...to even get a quote for a deck, company policy requires me to disclose if I have a spouse or not, even though I am the ONLY home owner. What century are you living in??? That is just pathetic!
These guys did great work! They were professional, fast, and they did all the permits themselves for our deck replacement. The only thing that we had to do was let the HOA know. I would recommend them to anyone, and would definitely use them again if the need came up.
