Stoneridge Decks & Outdoor Living of Virginia

Thank you, Maria, for the wonderful review. We’re glad James and the crew could take care of your side deck and return to repair parts of your back deck, and we appreciate your recommendation. We’ll be sure to pass your kind words on to James and Dave Carper and look forward to helping with any future projects.

We truly appreciate your wonderful review! Knowing we met your expectations with our quality and prompt service means a lot to us. Our team is always ready to assist you with any future projects. Have a great day!

Thank you for your kind review, Kelly. We're glad Dave's expertise and patient answers were helpful and that the multiple options provided during your consult met your needs. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We look forward to continuing to work with you to meet your deck goals!

Great choice to convert your screenroom into a 3-season sunroom! All of us at Stoneridge are grateful for your detailed feedback and for the opportunity to work together. All the best from our team!

Cate, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback — we genuinely value every customer experience and are sorry to hear we didn't meet your expectations. We had so enjoyed meeting with you at our first appointment and were very much looking forward to helping bring your vision to life. Our records show our team made multiple attempts to reach you ahead of your scheduled follow-up appointment since all parties could not be present at our first visit, and we regret that we weren't able to connect in time. We never want a homeowner to feel unheard or left waiting. We genuinely believe your project deserves our full attention and we'd love the opportunity to make this right. In case we may not have your best contact number on file, please reach out to us directly at (804) 916-1066 at your earliest convenience so we can personally ensure your next experience reflects the standard of service we pride ourselves on. We hope to hear from you soon.
