This new deck in Dumfries, Virginia was built by Stoneridge Outdoor Living where there was no previous structure. We installed Trex® composite decking for long-lasting performance and minimal maintenance. The railing system features black aluminum balusters and sleek post caps for a contemporary look. As a certified TrexPRO® Platinum Installer, we build every outdoor space to meet high durability and style standards.

This covered porch in Winchester, VA was originally open with wood lattice railing and exposed framing. Stoneridge Outdoor Living transformed the space into a fully enclosed porch using aluminum framing, full mesh screening, and a durable slate tile floor. The upgrade offers year-round usability with added protection from bugs and weather.

    Oxon Hill, MD, 20745, US

    This deck in Oxon Hill, MD was fully resurfaced by Stoneridge Outdoor Living. We removed the old wood decking and replaced it with Trex® composite boards for a cleaner appearance and longer lifespan. The railing system was upgraded to white vinyl with black aluminum balusters.     Several years ago, 2013, we became aware of Total Remodel thru the Frederick County Fair where they had a booth. We made an an appointment to have them come to our home with prospect of building a simple screen porch. Through pressure and suggestions from the salesman at the time, we ended up with $55,000 three seasons room. We have had some problems, but they respond and fix the issues. It is a wonderful room, and finished off well.

    I met with my site survey team today and the experience was very positive. The president of the company, Joe, was extremely polite, knowledgeable and attentive to my questions/concerns. The project manager was also very knowledgeable and his experience was evident. Dave, the design consultant did a great job at creating the additional space I wanted.     We had our 25 year old sunroom totally restored. It was expensive but it’s now a new 4 seasons room. Repairs with the previous company were very disappointing. TRS have state of the art skills, knowledge and customer care.
