Stone ridge constructed a sunroom with walk out deck, patio, and storage room for us. Unlike other vendors they sent a designer on our first appointment, and drew a sketch on the spot. They also recommended glass roof which I had not thought of previously. It turned out quite beautifully. They were able to stay within the budget and I am happy with quality of the work. The PM was responsive and addressed all of our concerns.

Even for a simple repair/replace estimate, depending on who the scheduling agent is, you will need "all" home owners present!? Even if your spouse is abroad!
I understand that they might have had issues before.
I feel sorry that the issues were so significant that they're willing to lose potential business!
