This completed project resurfaces a 14' x 12' deck with pressure-treated decking, along with a rebuilt step and new pressure-treated wood railing. The front porch railing is also updated with Trex Transcend composite rail in white with black balusters, creating a clean, coordinated finish across the outdoor spaces.

Replaced an aging deck, added a 3 season sunroom & replaced a bay window with a sliding glass door. For us, the project was a big one. The crews were focused, professional & accomodating. Job site was always clean & organized at the end of each shift. Any concerns we had during and after completion of the project were addressed immediately. We are excited over our new sun room that was formally a lanai covered deck. Within a few days of our initial call We were visited by their design specialist, and eventually decided to complete a formal enclosure vs. screen. Stoneridge helped with our neighborhood association, and ordered all of the custom panels to complete our enclosure. While I am happy with the craftsmanship of the work, we were very surprised with the actual color that was delivered. The materials were full of dust from the supplier. The price point should have addressed all of what we were trying to accomplish and it didn’t. Again the installation was very good just not overwhelm with dull colors of the steps.
