This completed project resurfaces a 14' x 12' deck with pressure-treated decking, along with a rebuilt step and new pressure-treated wood railing. The front porch railing is also updated with Trex Transcend composite rail in white with black balusters, creating a clean, coordinated finish across the outdoor spaces.

From start to finish, Total Remodeling Systems were very professional and the entire job went very smooth. Everybody who was involved with Total Remodeling Systems with our project were very friendly and professional. I contacted Four Season's Sunrooms, and they referred me to Total Remodeling. I had also picked up their brochure at an Arlington Home Show last year. They showed up every day, and all of their workers were very competent . It was obvious that they had built many additions like mine.
