Alex (our rep) was amazing. He was very friendly and personable. We don't know much about roofs, but he explained things very well. When the crew came to work on our roof, we were not home initially. They were still able to get started. We had to leave them access to our garage, and they were able to close the complicated garage door and clean up efficiently when done (we've had problems with other companies leaving the door open in the past).
