Alex (our rep) was amazing. He was very friendly and personable. We don't know much about roofs, but he explained things very well. When the crew came to work on our roof, we were not home initially. They were still able to get started. We had to leave them access to our garage, and they were able to close the complicated garage door and clean up efficiently when done (we've had problems with other companies leaving the door open in the past). We had brown streaks running down the exterior siding of our house. The roofers diagnosed the problem as a bathroom venting problem. The roofers gave us the solution, advised us of the cost which was very reasonable and fixed the problem the same day to our great satisfaction. Knowledgeable workers did an excellent job.
