The whole team was great to work with. Nick took a lot of time to explain the scope of work as well as the insurance side of things, which was helpful as I had never made a home insurance claim before. Nick and Breanna did a great job managing my small gutter repair project from beginning to end. Their professionalism is unbeatable. Nick thoroughly inspected my roof (the only guy to actually get on the roof and check out was was going on...and send me the accompanying pictures). Breanna did an outstanding job confirming appointment details and following up to see how things went. Another great employee, Simon, stopped by to pick up the Edco color samples and remove the sign. Highly recommend.
