Roshay came out for a roof leak. He was able to see in the attic and immediately could tell where there was a problem. Once snow melted so it was safe to get on the roof he was able to identify what the problem was and the root cause of it. I will definitely be using Storm Group again. Absolutely impressed from my first panicked call to the end solution.
