Setting up the installation was super easy from setting up the day/time to the crew doing the actual work. I couldn't even tell the crew had been there except for the new gutters, which look great. Customer Service with a very human touch! I had a need which didn't register as a big project, or even a small one. More like a just do repair. Roshay of Storm Group Roofing was the only contractor out of the six I contacted to address the issue. Two wanted to replace the entire unit, while three others won't even entertain it.
