The work replacing my roof was completed to my satisfaction. However, completion of the trim including the soffit and fascia was not. When the job was first completed, everything looked good to me, but when I got up on the ladder to finish the raw wood with primer, I noticed rodent damage had already begun. Kyle L was out at our house to give us a quote on some work that needed to be done on our attic/roof. He was promptly on time, got to the bottom of the issues quickly and had great knowledge explaining to me what needed to be done, vs what did not at the time which I appreciated.
