Very detailed and climbed on roof and stated some hail damage from previous storms and stated that if I wished we could pursue a new roof but for most part the architectural shingles were holding up fairly well.I said at this time I would just let this ride out as not completely a big problem and I pointed out 2 areas of ceiling leak but not an active problem.
