Would not give us a detailed estimate despite multiple requests, we were told "call me and I'll explain it to you". Were told our warranty was to be better than our first estimate, which was given to Storm Guard, nope...it is half the work warranty, but again it wasn't put in writing even though we asked. Has taken 3 requests for warranty paperwork were told it had been sent three times, we were given it to print ourselves. The site manager had to come back and finish off two places easily seen ... My wife and I contacted StormGuard after some hail damage to our roof. We have been working with Ethan Foster and he's been great! He has answered all of the questions that we have had along the process of getting a new roof and also has checked in along the way to make sure we're satisfied. Overall, it has been a good experience and we definitely recommend them for roof work
