When we noticed a leak from our roof, we called Storm Guard on the recommendation of friends. Scott McSpadden came out and inspected the roof and found the source of the leak (a crack in a plumbing vent). He sealed the crack in the vent and worked with our insurance company on our behalf. The company was professional, timely and easy to deal with. Mr. Lance Hickey was easy to work with, interacted professionally between the insurance company and my self, the client, and the Storm Guard. The new roof looks terrific and was completed in one day. The 10 man crew was delightful to watch. Everyone knew just what to do. My suggestion would be for the scheduling department. They have room for improvement. If you need a new roof—give them a call.
